These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ROAM ("Roam Tonight"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ROAM. By using the app you represent that you are 18 or older.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person — no fake accounts, bots, or impersonation.

Conduct

Your use of ROAM is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

Meeting people in real life

ROAM is designed to help you meet people in person. Use common sense: meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and trust your instincts. We do not run background checks on users and are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

City Pass

City Pass is a one-time $24 purchase that unlocks premium features for the life of the product. It is not a subscription and there is no recurring billing. See our Pricing and Refund Policy.

Content

You keep ownership of the content you post, and grant us a license to display it within the app so the service can function. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Disclaimers

ROAM is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. You can stop using ROAM and delete your account at any time in Settings.
