Acceptable Use Policy

ROAM exists to help people meet in real life, safely. Using ROAM means agreeing not to do any of the following:

Prohibited conduct

• No harassment. No stalking, threats, hate speech, unwanted sexual advances, or contacting people who have asked you to stop.
• No impersonation. Don't pretend to be another person, use someone else's photos, or misrepresent your identity or age.
• No illegal activity. Don't use ROAM to arrange, promote, or engage in anything illegal.
• No soliciting minors. ROAM is 18+. Any attempt to contact or solicit minors results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to law enforcement.
• No commercial spam. No advertising, promotion, solicitation, or link-dropping. ROAM is for meeting people, not selling to them.
• No fake accounts or bots. No automated accounts, duplicate accounts, or scripted activity of any kind.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates this policy — with or without warning, at our sole discretion. Where the conduct may be criminal, we cooperate with law enforcement as described in our Law Enforcement Protocol.
