Roam Tonight cooperates with law enforcement requests made through valid legal process — a subpoena, court order, or warrant.

Submitting a request

Requests can be submitted to support@roamtonight.com with the subject line "Law enforcement request." Please include the legal instrument, the specific account or data sought, and a way to verify the requesting agency.

User notice

We will notify users of requests for their data unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

Emergencies

Where we have a good-faith belief that there is an emergency involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, we may disclose information necessary to prevent the harm, as permitted by law.

Scope

Details on what data we hold are in our Privacy Policy. We produce data only as required by valid legal process and narrowly tailored to the request.
